Cullman, AL-based Rusken Packaging has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of Great Southern Industries, Inc., effective 25 August, 2017. Rusken expects this transaction to expand its presence in the Southeast, leveraging the reach, capabilities, talented team members and the market reputation of Great Southern.
