Smurfit Kappa Group plc has confirmed the appointment of Carol Fairweather to the Board as an independent, non-executive Director, with effect from 1st January 2018. Fairweather was Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Burberry Group plc from July 2013 to January 2017
