It has been reported that the new recycled containerboard machine at Cartiere Villa Lagarina’s mill in Mantua is ready to start production in July. Detailed testig of each component of the line is being undertaken currently. The Valmet paper machine, which has a 7.6m wire width, is designed for a maximum production capacity of 550,000 tpy. Parent company, Pro-Gest, says it will run Testliner and fluting in the range of 70 to 160gsm.
