The American Forest & Paper Association released its May 2018 U.S. Boxboard Report on 15th June. Total boxboard production increased 6.3% when compared to May 2017 and increased 2.3% from last month. Unbleached Kraft Boxboard production decreased over the same month a year ago and decreased compared to last month. Total Solid Bleached Boxboard & Liner production increased when compared to May 2017 and increased compared to last month. The production of Recycled Boxboard decreased compared to May 2017 but increased when compared to last month.
