Macfarlane Group recently released its updated financial report. The company confirmed two companies had been added to the Group.
On 31 July 2018 and 2 August 2018, Macfarlane concluded the acquisitions of Tyler Packaging (Leicester) Ltd and Harrisons Packaging Ltd, two successful packaging distributors, based in Leicester and Leyland respectively. The maximum net cash consideration including deferred payments for both acquisitions is estimated to be £3.5m.
