The Vilardi family, owners of NV Publications and its publication, Board Converting News , has announced that Executive Publisher, Robyn Smith, has been named President and Publisher, assuming the role Tom Vilardi filled for the past two decades.Vilardi passed away on July 31, 2018.
“It is with great sadness but with a degree of enthusiasm that I assume Tom Vilardi’s role as president and publisher of NV Publications. Tom’s loss has been felt deeply by so many of us personally and professionally,” said Smith. “Yet with loss comes the opportunity for renewed optimism and innovation. Tom built a strong team, and we are all dedicated to preserving Tom’s legacy and moving the business forward. The franchise is strong, and we will only make it stronger.”
Editor-in-Chief Len Prazych will add the role of Vice President to his duties.
