Tri-Wall Europe Ltd has acquired 51% of Rosewood Packaging Group. Tri-Wall provides industrial multi-material packaging solutions to customers around the world. This acquisition enables Tri-Wall to enhance its ‘Global Reach – Local Service’ in the UK.
