The Recycle Direct BM60 Baler does things a little differently. If you’re investing in a baling system, you’ll need a robust machine that allows for the growth of your business. The BM60 has the ability to grow with you as your business grows. The BM range removes the need to purchase a new machine each time your capacity increases.
The Recycle Direct BM60 uses a ‘bolt-on’ system to increase the capacity and performance, allowing you to use the same machine to modularly increase your throughput whilst reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Designed and manufactured in South Wales by Recycle Direct, the new range of balers is an addition to their variety of recycling systems and is supported by their highly skilled UK wide Service team.
The BM60 can easily process everything from paper and plastics through to RDF with a capacity of 5 to 16 tonnes per hour, growing to 26 tonnes per hour with the larger versions, all of course dependent on configuration and in the feeding of material.
The BM60 base model weighs 23 tonnes and has the ability to produce some of the densest mill sized bales on the market. All machines are fitted with 4 or 5 wire auto tie, remote diagnostics and process data recording as standard. The BM60 is also able to add on those little extras, including bale wrappers, conveyors, refuse platens and comprehensive service plans to ensure smooth operation around the clock.
Recycle Direct offer a full engineering service for the recycling sector servicing repairing, installing and maintaining all types and makes of balers, compactors and conveyors.
