UK-based Glossop Cartons has appointed a new Sales Director, who takes over from Jacky Sidebottom-Every as she becomes joint Managing Director. Wayne Fitzpatrick brings with him over 25 years’ experience of the packaging sector, joining from Mayr-Melnhof Packaging where he was Sales Director.
In his new role, Fitzpatrick is responsible for handling some of the firm’s key accounts, which span food and drink, vape and household, as well as pharmaceutical and personal care sectors across both blue-chip and SME accounts. His appointment is part of Glossop Cartons’ wider plan to invest in its management team in order to enable the company to achieve further growth via the acquisition of additional industry expertise and the generation of opportunities for company directors to focus on corporate strategy.
