It is with the greatest regret that we report the tragic death of Steve O’Brien, President of KemiArt (US) Inc, on March 28, 2019. He was 56 years old.
A solid supporter of AICC and well known throughout the US corrugated industry, Steve was always the life and sole of the party and enjoyed nothing more than a fine wine, big cigar and a round of golf. With Steve’s leadership and insight, KemiArt became a leading importer of coated Kraftliners and other speciality papers from Scandinavia, opening up the US market for some leading Finnish mill groups.
He is survived by his wife Michelle and children Allie and Erin. Our thoughts are with them at this tough time.
