UK-based Rigid Containers has appointed Zoe Flitter as Group Talent & Learning Manager to further support and improve the organisation’s people development strategy.
She joins Rigid from DS Smith where she has held a number of roles including Learning & Qualifications Manager. Prior to that she was employed by Babcock International as a Skills Trainer.
In her new role, Flitter will support the wider talent agenda and lead development, implementation and delivery of an effective training model across the Group. She will also have specific responsibility for management of the Apprenticeship Levy, maximising its use for learning and development, and also having strategic accountability for early talent Graduate and Apprentice intake.
