Rengo has confirmed that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Holdings Ltd, has acquired 100% of the shares in TRICOR Packaging & Logistics AG in Germany, through its subsidiary, Tri-Wall Germany GmbH, from NMJJ Allgäuer Vermögensverwaltung GmbH and 7-Industries Beteiligungs-GmbH.
Tri-Wall Germany will also acquire 100% of the shares in Gutmann Anlagentechnik GmbH from NMJJ Allgäuer Vermögensverwaltung GmbH and both TRICOR and Gutmann will become indirectly owned subsidiary companies of Rengo.
