RAF-PAK is a rapidly developing Polish family company specialising in the production of high-quality corrugated packaging. The beginnings of their business date back to 1996, when a small, fast-growing family business turned into a large enterprise with a total production, warehouse and office area of more than 20,000 sqm, gaining the trust of customers from various industrial sectors.
For over 20 years, Raf-Pak has been building a leading position in the local corrugated market through continuous quality improvement, new products, flexibility, competitive prices, short delivery times and meeting their customers’ needs.
The Polish company is specialised in the production of packaging for fruit and vegetables, poultry, and in the delivery of ready-glued packaging to its customers with short lead times. They also deal with the sale and rental of folder-gluer machines.
The production plant is located in Sowin, Pleszew commune, Wielkopolska province. The company currently employs 80 people. The constant development of Raf-Pak’s company is influenced by modern machines, production systems, but also the individual development of each member of the company. Raf-Pak relies on a highly-skilled and committed team, and many years of experience have shown that both small and big successes have strengthened their brand and market recognition, as evidenced by an ever-growing group of customers and millions of packaging sold.
Expanding machine park
To expand its own machine park, Raf-Pak chose to invest in a new Koenig & Bauer Celmacch Chroma Smart 1700 HD, equipped with five flexo printing units, in an off-line configuration with high pile stacker. The new investment will enable the implementation of production with a high standard of printing.
Raf-Pak had a clear idea about the new machine. Thanks to intensive and trusting discussions with Koenig & Bauer Celmacch, it quickly became clear to them that the Chroma Smart would meet 100% of their requirements. Chroma Smart is a perfect combination of innovation and functionality that can meet the highest expectations and European quality standards. Raf-Pak is ready to welcome its new machine, which will be installed by the end of February 2025.
