Van Genechten Packaging (VGP) has confirmed that on November 29, it successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Polish DOT2DOT Group, which operates from two locations in Poland.
With a combined annual turnover exceeding €50m, this group of companies specialises in premium packaging for the beauty, confectionery, personal & health care and premium spirits sectors. With a solid customer base, advanced packaging design, and robust production capabilities, VGP sees DOT2DOT as the perfect partner to join their VGP500 growth strategy.
