Greg Bird, Managing Director, Kolbus UK Ltd, confirms the company picked up the top award at the Stationers’ Company Annual Awards, held in London on Friday 11th October.
The company was awarded the 2024 Innovation of the Year Award in the Product Design category for the BX Motion short run boxmaker, winning the category against competition from the likes of Sun Chemical, Offset Print and Packaging, Epic Print and Dorling Kindersley and several others.
“We are delighted to have secured this top award, with the Judges panel praising the ground-up design and focus on energy saving technology,” said Greg Bird. “Congratulations to the R&D team as well as the entire team at Kolbus for the hard work to launch this new machine. With machine sales progressing well for the BX Motion, we are proud to accept an Innovation Award from an organisation as significant as the Stationers’ Company.”
