Pamarco acquired TLS Anilox, a German-based anilox roll manufacturer in Q4 2023, marking a significant step in Pamarco’s expansion into the European and international markets.
Following the completion of the acquisition, Pamarco now confirms that effective 1st January, 2025, that the TLS Anilox brand will transition to become Pamarco GmbH. This rebranding reflects the company’s vision of a unified, stronger organisation better positioned to serve customer needs globally.
