Donald McLaren, Managing Director, McLaren Packaging has won the EY ‘Scottish Entrepreneur of the Year’ at an awards ceremony held on 20th September.
EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is a global programme that recognises entrepreneurial achievement among individuals and companies that demonstrate vision, leadership and success — and work to improve the quality of life in their communities, countries and around the world.
Judges named McLaren as a winner on account of his achievements in developing and transforming the fortunes of the business over a number of years.
McLaren said, “I am both delighted and humbled to be recognised with such a prestigious award. My efforts have been supported by the talented and passionate team of over 300 across McLaren Packaging. This is proud moment for me and the team.”
