Rengo has confirmed that its subsidiary, Tri-Wall, has acquired a 25% equity interest in Concept Packaging Group LLC.
Concept Packaging Group is a heavy duty packaging manufacturer, headquartered in South Carolina. The company manufactures and sells packaging materials, such as heavy duty corrugated packaging, mainly for automotive-related industries.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. Now, with the addition of Concept Packaging Group, Rengo enhances the production capability and its network in the United States. Rengo will continue to strengthen its supply system further and respond to more diverse packaging/service needs.
