CTECH Europe have recently completed the installation and commissioning of another wastewater treatment system, this time at a corrugated board factory for the VPK Group in France.
“Our CPS4000 is capable of treating both flexographic ink and starch based glue wastewater in 4m³ batches with the use of our PolyClay® chemistry,” explains Daniel Davies, Managing Director, CTECH Europe. “This installation allows our customer to control the volumes of wastewater being generated at site and discharge it reliably below consent to discharge limits. The treated wastewater is also of sufficient quality allowing it to be used for the production of secondary starch based glue mixes thus reducing water consumption in the factory.”
