IM GROUP has confirmed its latest expansion of its operations in North America, moving from Jensen Beach in Martin County, FL to larger premises within the same area.
The move comes after a surge in business in the region, just ten months after the opening of the engineering-technology group’s North American Headquarters, at an exclusive joint event with the Business Development Board of Martin County (BDBMC). The new 7,000 sq ft premises, over three times larger than its previous premises, will serve as the new central hub for the group’s manufacturing operations, sales, customer service, and maintenance operations for North America, Canada, and Latin America.
“The close proximity to our previous location has facilitated logistics and the larger facility will allow us to increase our manufacturing capacity to meet the growing demand from our customers. Additionally, we will now be able to ship in large, specialised machinery such as the innovative Plusmill Evo from our sister company, IEC+, which is already setting new benchmarks in pigment processing with its Cowles-Impeller Technology,” said Enrico Mattiazzi, General Manager for the Americas. “I would also like to express my gratitude to the Business Development Board of Martin County (BDBMC) for their assistance in finding and securing this ideal site.”
“Our group’s recent investment in North America, just one month after expanding in the United Kingdom, underscores our commitment to providing top-quality service and support to our customers in the region and aligns with our objectives to meet with global market demand,” stated Christophe Rizzo, CEO, EMEA and Americas.
