Van Genechten Packaging (VGP) confirms it has acquired 100% of the shares of the Polish DOT2DOT Group, which operates from two locations in Poland – in Gdańsk and Warsaw.

This group of companies, with a combined annual turnover exceeding €50m, specialises in premium packaging for the beauty, confectionery, personal & health care, and premium spirits sectors. With DOT2DOT’s solid customer base, advanced packaging design, and robust production capabilities, they are the perfect partner to join VGP.
