eProductivity Software (ePS) has confirmed the appointment of Dan Vertachnik as CEO of Print ePS, the company’s manufacturing ERP business for the print industry.
Vertachnik joins ePS with a successful track record in executive leadership roles in technology, most recently serving as CEO of Twenty20 Solutions, Inc., a global provider of AI-enabled smart security and automation technology. Prior to Twenty20 Solutions, he served as COO of IQMS, a provider of manufacturing ERP, MES, and WMS software solutions.
Gabriel (Gaby) Matsliach will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of Print ePS and remain CEO of ePS Packaging.
“We are thrilled to introduce Dan as the CEO of Print EPS,” said William Chisholm, Managing Partner and Patrick Fouhy, Principal, of STG. “Dan brings a wealth of executive leadership in software companies and a successful track record in transforming the customer experience and driving growth. We look forward to partnering with Dan in taking Print ePS to new heights.”
Since becoming an independent global technology company at the end of 2021, ePS has been driving an end-market-focus strategy that began with the formation of two distinct business units, Print ePS and ePS Packaging to meet and exceed the requirements of print and packaging customers and the industry at large.
“I am thrilled to join Print ePS, the largest global software technology provider for the print industry,” comments Vertachnik. “My focus in leading Print ePS will be to build upon the company’s rich 30-year foundation and service to the print industry and continue to deliver value to our customers. This will be achieved through continued innovation across the portfolio, expanding partnerships, executing on our M&A strategy, and ensuring the long-term growth and success of Print ePS.”
