Turbenthal, Switzerland-based BOGRAMA AG, which specialises in the development and construction of rotary die-cutting machines for the print and carton sectors, has a new owner and managing director as of 1st January. Iwan Bochsler, co-founder and previous owner, has sold his family business to his long-time deputy, Stefan Büchi.

With Büchi, who has been with the company since 2003, a worthy and future-oriented successor has been found. He carries the traditional DNA of Bograma while also bringing a breath of fresh air to the company. The sale underlines the clear commitment to the Turbenthal site and is a sustainable solution for customers, suppliers, employees and partners.
Büchi’s extensive know-how and his passion for the continuous development of innovative die-cutting technology will ensure that the company is successfully led into the digital future. The entire Bograma team supports the decision and is actively working on the future of the company.
Iwan and Daniela Bochsler will remain part of the team and members of the management board. Iwan Bochsler will continue his activities in his new role as Head of Development. Daniela Bochsler will carry on as Head of Marketing and Communication.
