DS Smith has confirmed that Miles Roberts is set to retire as CEO and step down from the Board.
His formal notice period will start on 1 December 2024, retiring from the Board and as CEO by the end of November 2025.
This will give DS Smith time to recruit his replacement, during which time Roberts will remain in his roles.
