DS Smith has confirmed the appointment of Tessa Bamford to the company’s board as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 January 2024.
Bamford will join following her retirement from Spencer Stuart, a global leadership search and advisory firm, where she led the UK Board and CEO practice.
