Guangdong Fosber Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Fosber Asia) is going to invest 500 million yuan to build a new intelligent factory for corrugator production lines in a new factory located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, which is mainly used for the production and research and development of corrugated equipment. The project covers an area of about 80 acres.
At present, Fosber Asia has a factory area of about 17,000 sqm, of which the assembly and commissioning workshop covers about 16,000 sqm. Due to the continuous growth of order demand, the existing workshop area is restrictive in meeting the future development of Fosber Asia.
2018-2022 was the first five-year strategic plan of Fosber Asia. During this period, its technology and business have developed rapidly. The product ranges from the first localised version of the Pro/Line in September 2019 to the localised version of the S/Line 370 in 2021. Revenue grew at a compound rate of over 30% from 2018 to 2021. In 2023, Fosber Asia will start the second five-year strategic plan and enter a new stage of development.
In order to improve production capacity and achieve the company’s next five-year strategic plan goal, the new factory, with advanced industrial scale and intelligent manufacturing standards, will allow them to respond to customer needs and serve customers faster and better.
As an important manufacturing base in the country, Foshan has a solid industrial foundation and economic strength. The completion of the new factory will help Fosber Asia to improve its production capacity, lay a solid foundation for future business development, and help it develop stably and sustainably in the long term.
