The UK Sheet Plant Association‘s 104th Conference is being held at Tewkesbury Park, Lincoln Green Lane, Tewkesbury, GL20 7DN on Monday 26th September 2022.
The conference will kick off with an inspiring keynote speaker. Colin MacLachlan is a Sunday Times Bestseller, former SAS Leader and a star of Channel 4s hit show, SAS: Who Dares Wins. He will share some of his service experience, as well as his expertise in leadership, teamwork, risk management and more. He specialises in mental resilience and emotional health, two valuable topics of discussion for SPA Conference. Delegates will come away empowered, armed with a toolbox of skills for overcoming adversity in both professional and personal lives.
In line with Conference theme, Neil Osment from NOA Ltd will be leading a session focusing on ‘Developing People to Their Full Potential’. Coaching and Mentoring can have positive effects on attitude, well-being, ambition and productivity. Osment will share some case studies and offer tips and advice on how to introduce coaching and mentoring into your operation.
