CONPRINTA has started up its newest IMD2200 printing machine at a customer site in Vietnam. The machine in questions is a five colour flexographic web printing system plus varnishing system and it has been installed at Cheng Loong Long An Container Co., Ltd (CLC) near Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
With this latest machine, Conprinta also introduced its own simplified, precise belt mounting machine and belt cutting machine, developed and manufactured in Germany.
It was a special challenge for the CONPRINTA team to install the machine during COVID-19 pandemic. Despite travel restrictions and a two weeks quarantine period, the engineering team managed to start the three month installation and commissioning and to hand over the machine to the customer in the first quarter of 2021. The CLC team was a great support during this time.
