The company is working closely with the NHS, which now has at its disposal one of the company’s five warehouse units in Leicester. 12,000 sq ft of space is available to support them in these unprecedented times.
For customers, the company says it remains open with both sites, Leicester & West Brom, operating normally. Protective and social distancing measures are in place to protect staff. Also, additional stocks are in place across both sites and a significant number of Korsnäs reel stocks have been ordered – including Kraft, Light or White – all available cut to size within 5 working days.
“We appreciate that a lot of families have small children stuck at home,” continues Ferguson. “How about encouraging them to get away from their computers and consoles and getting back to drawing? We’re offering, free of charge, Charta (premium copy paper). 75 gsm A3 (420 x 297 mm) – 500 sheets per ream and DCP Digital – white digital colour copy paper. 160 gsm A4 (210 x 297 mm).”
